Employment Specialist

Join our team in enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities in SouthCoast Massachusetts!
The Employment Specialist will provide necessary supports to enable persons with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injuries to secure and maintain competitive, community-based employment in business and industry. The Employment Specialist will provide one-to-one training to clients as well as ongoing supervision to ensure acquisition of job-related skills and responsibilities. The Employment Specialist will facilitate and develop positive relations between the individual served, their co-workers and employer. With each individual serviced, the Employment Specialist will reflect the mission, vision and service principles of MO Life Inc.

Responsibilities to include:
• Job Development
• Skills Training
• Job Coaching
• Data Collection
• Reporting
• Meeting participation
• Compliance and promotion of the Human Rights of a developmentally disabled and brain-injured population.
• Provide and/or coordinate transportation for consumers to places of employment.
• Perform duties consistent with agency program policies and procedures

PART TIME WEEKEND SHIFTS AND FULL AND PART TIME WEEKDAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE.
